“My experience at Issaquah Valley Dental was superb. Everyone made sure you were taken care of. Fast, friendly, professional service. My husband and I both received service there for the first time and was impressed with their service and atmosphere of the whole office. My husband and I are both very satisfied with the services rendered on our visit without complaint. They solved the problem on our first visit. “I was with the same dentist for 40 years and finally made the change due to logistics. Everyone in this office makes you feel like they have known you forever and not in a fake way. Honestly friendly and kind. They have the most up-to-date technology, which makes life easier for all of us. Communication is easy and scheduling is also. Love this office and everyone there!”

“My regular cleaning and checkup today was so quick and easy. Was greeted and checked in right away. Was in the chair in less than five minutes. My hygienist was incredibly friendly. The dentist was very helpful and kind. Was super easy and fast. I’ve had better experiences at dentist here than anywhere else.”

“I had a great visit, really great hygienist who knew what she was doing. Also had some great advice about general teeth care. The dentist was also very nice and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this practice. The only thing is that they tend to recommend a lot of fixes for every little defect ... which is good practice for dentistry in general.”

“I’m so afraid of the dentist. I was comfortable as soon as I walked in. Everyone was very friendly. The doctor sat me down and went through all of my concerns. They set up a plan for me (I’m getting braces). I like that you have the option of being put out if need be. I’m looking forward to getting my plan started. I didn’t think I would ever say I’m looking forward to going to the dentist.”

“My first visit to this office was because I needed a new mouthguard. Though I have full coverage with my insurance, this office was so generous to inform me that I wasn’t going to have all of the guard covered and then gave me a small discount (everything helps, right?!). With a great lobby, new equipment, and knowledgeable employees. I would recommend anyone here. PLUS they are contracted with almost all major insurance companies.”

“No one enjoys writing reviews, but I am glad to do this one. Issaquah Valley Dental Care has taken care of me the last four years and they have always been patient and gentle with me. They have recently changed ownership, and the new owners are carrying on the tradition of fast, friendly service. I love all the reminders for my appointments so that I stay on top of when an appointment is coming up. I recommend Issaquah Valley Dental Care to all my friends.”

“We went there for all our family members (adults and kids) and were impressed with all parts of the service we received from our cleanings, to exams to X-rays. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt that they cared about me as a patient and were not trying to oversell any treatments that were not necessary. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist!”

The dentist and all staff were willing to work with me through my concerns, and the dental work they did was done with minimal waiting, delay, or discomfort. “Came in for a cleaning but had a tooth just starting to bother me. Dr. Arti gave me undivided attention, careful assessment, conservative treatment, education, and reassurance. I was very pleased with Dr. Arti’s professionalism, expressed understanding of the problem, and her approachability in general.
