REMOVABLE PROSTHETIC "GUMS"
After periodontal treatment of advanced gum disease, the "gums" frequently display a lack of natural symmetry and contour. The removable prosthetic gum can cosmetically mask this disfigurement. This solution is fast, inexpensive and adheres to the teeth and soft tissues much like a contact lens adheres to the surface of the eye.

Occasionally, healthy teeth will crack or fracture even under normal chewing loads. if the cracked tooth is diagnosed and treated prior to complete fracture, the treatment is simple: partial or full crown coverage.
If the fracture involves the centre of the tooth, more involved treatment is indicated and will usually prevent tooth loss. However, it is generally advised that patients avoid crushing ice and extremely hard foods to help prevent cracks and fractures.
